Weber made the kettle barbecue popular and now offers charcoal, gas and electric grills. Here you can compare Weber grills and original accessories from several shops.

The main Weber series

Among the charcoal grills, the kettles are the core of the range. The basic models offer a bowl, lid and vents; higher-end versions such as the Master-Touch line add an ash system, lid holder and a grate with an insert system for accessories. The Compact Kettle models are a cheaper entry-level line.

The Q series comprises compact gas grills for balconies, camping and small patios that run on a cartridge or gas bottle. Spirit is the entry-level and mid-range line of gas trolley grills, Genesis the larger, better-equipped range. There are also electric grills for balconies.

What to look out for with Weber

Weber models are revised regularly, and older generations are often still on sale. So compare the exact model name carefully – in the Q series, for example, generations differ in grate, ignition and features. With offers, pay attention to the full product name and what's included.

  • Compare the model generation and product number
  • What's included: thermometer, side tables, gas hose
  • Compatibility with the Gourmet BBQ System (insert grate)
  • Original accessories vs. compatible third-party accessories

Accessories: original or compatible?

Besides original accessories, there's a wide choice of compatible parts from other manufacturers for Weber grills: covers, cast iron grates, fire plates or rotisseries. They're often cheaper, but the fit varies. In this comparison we show Weber-branded products; you'll find compatible accessories in the barbecue covers section or via the search.

Weber grills have a comparatively good spare-parts market. That's a real argument if you want to use a grill for many years.

Getting a Weber for less

Weber grills are rarely heavily discounted, but prices fluctuate over the year. Offers at the end of the season, or when a new model generation comes out and retailers clear older versions, are often worthwhile. Always compare the exact model number and what's included, because seemingly identical grills often differ in details such as side tables, thermometer or grate material. Our price history shows you whether a price for that model is genuinely low.

With very cheap offers from unknown sellers, check whether the goods are new and whether warranty claims can be made with the manufacturer.
